The party formerly referred to as the party of the first part shall hitherto no longer be referred to as such, rather the party of the second part formerly known as the party of the first part notwithstanding that there is currently no acknowledged claimant to so being (i.e. the party of the first part) suffice to let it be known that the former party of the first part known as the party of the second part formerly known as the party of the first part shall redact all claims, bonuses, benefits and penalties owed or owing as long as they remain other than the party of the first part.
Any person or persons claiming to be known as the party of the first part shall, without prejudice, be implicitly acknowledging the unequivocal right of the party of the second part formerly known as the party of the first part to arrange, with complete and total impunity, the revocation of respiratory rights of said claimant.
